I graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. I then went on to teach at a Christian school in Georgia before moving to Franklin with her husband 9 yrs ago. In addition to my role as and educator to children, I have also taught many adults how to improve their health as a certified fitness trainer and sports nutritionist. I have been married for 12 years and have a 5 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter who also attend MSP. I have loved being a stay at home mom but am excited to join the MSP family as a 4s teacher this year. I have a passion for teaching and especially for leading children into a closer walk with their Lord and Savior.

We have three girls. Sarah is working on her PhD at Virginia Commonwealth University, Julia is a junior at Lee University and Allie is a senior at Franklin High School. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, learning about Jesus, hospitality and cooking, teaching 2nd graders at church, riding my bike, watching British Period Dramas and imparting my “wisdom” to my daughters, ha! What a treat it is for me to work with the children and families at MSP.

Ms. Julie’s bio coming soon!
Hello, I’m Kimberly and I am in my 2nd year of teaching at msp. My first year was as an assistant and this year as a lead teacher. I consider myself very blessed to be able to teach at msp, not just because we have the greatest staff, but because of the principles we adhere to. I truly believe that each child needs to be taught as a whole person and must feel as if they are loved, accepted and encouraged wholly by their teachers. They are each an individual creation and my hope is to relate to them and teach them with that in mind. I taught preschool (2’s & 3’s) as well as music at our church preschool in Oklahoma where we lived for 10 years before moving here to Franklin 11 years ago. My husband and I have been married for 27 years and have 3 children. We also gained a new daughter last year when my oldest son married in October. I am very excited to be back teaching!
